LAYERED TURKEY BREAD

You will need:

Bread:4 cups(600 grams) bread flour

1 1/4 cups(350ml) warm milk(110 deg)

6 TBS(100ml) warm water(110 deg)

1 TBS instant yeast

1 1/2 tsp table salt

4-6TBS Butter, melted( you might need more or less)Fillling*: original recipe used 350 grams feta cheese and 400 grams spinach10-12 oz chopped, squeezed dry, cooked spinach( I used 10 oz frozen spinach)3/4 cup + 1/3 cup feta cheese, divided1/2 cup cottage cheese( slightly drained)2/3 cup chopped smoked ham* I made 2 boreks. I used half of the spinach for one and half for the other. I used half of the ham for one and half for the other. For the cheese I used 3/4 cup of feta cheese for one and a mixture of 1/3 cup feta +1/2 cup slightly drained cottage cheese for the other. You can just stick with the original... use all feta, add more spinach and skip the ham if you like.Topping:1 egg, beatensesame seeds, poppy seedsTip: It is important to always brush the layers with butter...this will give you the distinct layers.Directions:In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt instant yeast. Sos butterscotch

Gula hangus 250gm
Whipping cream anchor 250gm
White chocolate bar 80gm
Butter 100gm

Buat gula hangus sampai cair atas api kecik je. (Kena sabar)
Pastu tuang sikit2 whipoing cream dan kacau tanpa henti sampai abis tuang whipping cream tu. Kacau sampai sebati.
Kmdian masukkan white chocolate yg diricik2.
Kacau sebati.
Last..masukkan butter yg sejuk2 dr peti ais tutup api dan kacau sebati.

CHEUNG FUN

250g rice flour
76g tapioca flour
38g corn flour/ corn starch
50g oil
900 ml water

Filling:
1/2 cup dried shrimp, soaked and rinsed
6 stalks green onions/ scallions, sliced

Sauce:
(Just boil the ingredients together)

Note: As the dipping sauce provides most of the flavours in this dish, it is quite important to use a good brand of light soy sauce, my preferred choice is Yuen Chun - product pictured above.

100ml soy sauce
100ml water
60g sugar
2 stalks scallions
2 pieces ginger

Method:1.  Mix the flours together in a large bowl.  Add in the oil while slowly kneading with your other hand.

2.5g dry yeast
