Roti kacang merah

Bahannya
100gm tepung roti
200gm tepung gandum
2 sudu besar shorterning
2 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
1 sudu kecil yis(mauripan)
1 sudu kecil bread improver
1 sudu kecil ovelette
1 biji kuning telur
170ml ais peti
3 ketul kiub ais
1/2 sudu kecil pandan emalco
2 sudu besar minyak masak
Sedikit garam halus

Inti kacang merah(beli siap di kedai barangan kek)

Doh Roti
Masukkan semua bahan kecuali shorterning dan garam ke dalam pengadun kek (guna mata untuk uli roti).
Apabila semua bahan teradun masukkan shorterning dan garam.  Putar/uli selama 15 minit.
Bila selesai tutup bekas dengan kain/plastik selama 1 jam.
Bila doh dah naik sekali ganda tumbuk doh untuk membuang angin di dalamnya.
Bulatkan doh setiap satunya sekitar 60gm.
Leperkan doh dan masukkan inti.
Kemaskan(bulatkan) dan gelek biar setebal 1/2 inci.
Potong menggunakan pisau pada bahagian yang memanjang(sebanyak 8 bahagian) tapi jangan putus sampai di atasnya.
Gulung bermula dari bahagian yang kita tidak potong ke bahagian yang dipotong.
Susun dalam loyang yang telah disapu margerin.
Biarkan mengembang semula dalam sekitar 40 minit.
Sebelum bakar spraykan dengan air(jangan banyak..sekadar nampak lembap sedikit di atasnya) dan bakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dengan suhu 180 - 190C selama 20 - 25 minit.
Keluarkan dan sapu dengan mentega/margerin di atasnya ketika panas.
Bila sejuk simpan dalam bekas tertutup.

SUN FLOWER BREAD

2/3 cup warm milk or water

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast

1 tablespoon plus 

1 tsp canola or veget

1 cup unbleached, all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup sunflower seeds, plus more for sprinkling on top

DIRECTIONS

1.Combine honey, milk, sugar, salt, yeast, oil and egg in the bowl of a stand mixer.

2.Add in flour and sunflower seeds and mix just until dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl.Pour dough into a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.

3.Shape risen dough into an oval (batard shape) and place in a lightly greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30-40 minutes

.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Brush the top of the loaf with a little vegetable oil and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Bake loaf for about 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely on cooling rack before slicing or serving.

PAKORAS --STRING BEAN

String-bean Pakoras1½ cups chickpea flour¾ tsp salt½ tsp baking soda¼ tsp ground turmeric½ tsp ground cumin¾ tsp ground coriander¾ tsp whole cumin seeds¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper¼ tsp cayenne pepperOil for fryingString beans, and other vegetables for fryingSift the flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl. Add all the other spices for the batter. Very slowly and gradually, pour in 1¼ cups water, beating with a fork as you do so. You should have a smooth batter.All you need now is vegetable oil for deep frying and the assortment of vegetables prepared for frying: green beans with ends removed, potatoes peeled and cut into ⅛-inch thick rounds, cauliflower florets, hot Italian peppers.Heat the oil until a drop of water sizzles in it, or when the temperature of the oil reaches 350°-375°F. Fry the coated items slowly, for about 7 minutes on each side. When the outside is golden brown and crisp, remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and leave to drain on a mesh rack, or on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.

FETTUCINE PASTA


200gm Pasta Fettucine

15gm Minyak Zaitun

10gm Bawang Putih (dicincang halus)

175gm Ham Ayam Belanda

175gm Cendawan Butang

300gm Prego cendawan Carbonara

90gm Keju Parmesan (diparut)

5gm Buah Pala

10gm Garam

5gm Lada Putih

Cara Membuatnyer:

1) Rebuskan pasta ke dalam air yang mendidih selama 5 minit kemudian tos hingga kering.

2) Panas minyak zaitun, tumiskan bawang putih, cendawan butang dan ham ayam belanda. Kacau sehingga sebati.

3) Campurkan Prego Cendawan Carbonara, tamabahkan garam dan lada putih serta sedikit buah pala.

4) Tuangkan sos yang telah di asak tadi ke atas pasta. Enak dimakan ketika panas, taburkan juga parutan keju parmesan jika suka.
