DID U KNOW THERE'S A *1-CALL STOP CENTRE for Govt offices*?

Do u hv problems getting thru by phone to govt depts ? The answer is a big fat YES. No one seems to pick up d phone. Often we Rakyat get fed up n gv up.

Well dont. Theres GOOD NEWS..
After much complaints from d public, our Govt has set up the  ' *1Msia One Call Cntr (1MOCC)*

Their phone no is 03-80008000 .

Example
Someone lost her pension card . On the advise of a friend , she called the 1 MOCC.
The officer answered, "1MOCC,
bagaimana saya boleh tolong ? " . My wife said she wanted to contact the pension dept for a replacement card . She was immediately connected to the dept and her problem was solved in 5 mins .

The 1MOCC operates round the clock . It's purpose is to connect the public wt all govt agencies .
