Kiwi muffin 2

Ini adalah resepi yg saya ambil dari mr google...

TOTAL TIME: Prep: 20 min. 

Bake: 15 min. MAKES:10 servings

 Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 
1/2 cup sugar
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
 Dash salt
 1 Eggland's Best Egg 
1/2 cup whole milk
 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped 
1/2 cup raisins
Directions 
1.In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter.
3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. 
4.Fold in kiwi and raisins. 
5.Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
6. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
 Serve warm. Yield: 10 muffins.
