Cumin Rice Kiriman: Belanda
Bahan-Bahan:
200g basmati rice
1 large onion (sliced into rings)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ghee for frying
Combine the following items:
1 cube of vegetable stock
100ml plain yogurt
300ml water
Cara: 1.Heat up ghee and fry the cumin for 2 minutes or till they splutter.
2.Add in the sliced onion and garlic. 3.Fry for another 2 minutes.
4.Add in the turmeric powder and rice. Mix in and fry for 1 minute. 5.Add in the combined ingredients. 6.Boil on medium heat till the water almost dried up, and then lower the heat till rice is cooked.
